Hand-Woven Cotton Silk TSUNAGI
The Hand-Woven Cotton Silk TSUNAGI is constructed of ultra-soft, delicate silk fibers and finished using an ancient Japanese ink dying process. The ink, also used in traditional calligraphy, is created by kneading soot and glue with the density adjusted to the desired levels. The Hand-Woven Cotton Silk TSUNAGI features a v-neck, cross front, dropped waist with adjustable drawstring tie, dropped shoulders, short sleeves, a straight, loose leg, and a straight hem.
The Hand-Woven Cotton Silk TSUNAGI is designed with a blousy drape with the hem hitting at the ankle. We suggest taking your normal size for a slightly oversized fit.
The Yamai series is designed in small batches using ancient, natural fabric construction and dye techniques. The collection celebrates traditional craftsmanship while deepening the relationship between the garment and the wearer, creating a bridge to the natural world.
