Executive Secretary (Bilingual: Japanese/English)

 

Essential Function:

  • Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences for the CEO
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Act as an interpreter and translator (Japanese-English and vice versa)
  • Follow instructions and projects instructed by the CEO

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency of English and Japanese (required)
  • Degree in administration or relative field
  • Enjoy outdoor activities (camping, backpacking, hiking, etc.)

    Experience

    3+ years of administrative experience and interpretation/translation
