• What is the difference between Life Value and Snow Peak Points?

  Life Value Points are used to determine a customer's tier status, whereas Snow Peak Points are used for discounted purchases at Snow Peak retail stores and snowpeak.com. Loyalty members can use their Snow Peak Points to purchase exclusive member gear.

  The rate at which Snow Peak Points are earned is determined by the customer's tier status. The higher the status, the more points are earned.

• How do I exchange points for exclusive products?

  To purchase exclusive Loyalty items, check the number of Snow Peak Points required on the product page. If you have enough accumulated points, an option to add to your cart will be available. You may purchase multiple Member Gear items within the same transaction, but standard items must be processed in a separate transaction.

• Is there a shipping fee for member gear transactions?

  No. Exclusive member gear ships free of charge.

• Do points expire? If so, when?

  Life Value points: Never expire.
  Snow Peak Points: Yes, they will expire. Snow Peak points will expire one year later or 365 days after the last purchase date.

• Can I earn points on all purchases or only specific items?

  Most transactions will earn Life Value points. Snow Peak points will not be awarded on discounted transactions. See our full T&C'shere.

• What can I redeem my points for?

  Life Value points are only used to determine your member tier and cannot be redeemed. Snow Peak points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases at Snow Peak retail and on snowpeak.com. Loyalty members can also use their Snow Peak points to purchase exclusive member gear.
